To make adaptations to the aid of Home and Community-based Service (HCS) consumers while providing ethical and high-quality care.

Our Goal

It is our goal to employ competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our clients, their families, and the communities we serve. Each staff member will meet the State of Texas educational and training requirements for the services they provide. We encourage and support continued education of each service provider. In turn, our agency will provide staff with competitive compensation, an inviting work environment, and knowledgeable, trustworthy management and direction. We feel that this will create a perfect balance of quality care and professionalism.

Jonathan Allen - Program Director

 

Jonathan founded Adaptive Aids to execute the principles of HCS with integrity and the spirit of excellence. Jonathan is a native Houstonian who has always had a yearning to leave a positive impact on the community. His undergraduate education from the University of Texas at San Antonio along with his extensive experience with those who are diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) cultivated his desire to birth Adaptive Aids, LLC.
